Funeral services for Gay Laniene Emmons, were held at Pace Funeral Home, Saturday, February 3,2007 at 10:00 a.m., with the Rev. Lee Poe and Rev. Bryan Dickens officiating. Interment followed in Forest Hills Cemetery.
Mrs. Emmons died at her residence February 1,2007. She was born in Livingston, September 30,1939. She loved cats and dolls, they were like her children. She belonged to the Friendship Sunday School Class.
Preceding her in death was her father, Lois E. Emmons. Survivors are her mother, Oletta Emmons, a very special friend, Lavon Turner and her husband Bill. A special friend and mentor, Ruth Atchley, Aunts; Annie Watts and Lov e Monroe and a host of cousins and friends.
