"I was so sorry to hear about Bettys passing. How ironic that I was retelling some stories to my husband of 37 years before I realized he never met you. In case you dont remember, when you used to live in the Poe house on Drew Street, we lived next door Marie and Bill PriceI was the little pesky girl of theirs. Those were good days of making and eating homemade ice cream in our carport. Before Mama learned to drive, Betty would drive me to school when it rained. Remember the good times and good neighbors and count all Gods blessings."
