Betty was born September 30, 1961 in Harris County, Texas, to Edwin Harold Paris and Beverly Marie Chambers Paris.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jimmy.
Left to cherish Betty's memory are her husband Donald Parsley, her children; James Shivers of Kingwood, Texas, and Amber Fearrington of Rome, Georgia, grandchildren; Nolan, Ethan, Aira, Elizabeth, Lydia Louise, and soon to be born Jackie, siblings; Debbie, David, Rick, and Cliff, along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
