Carol Ann Beane, known affectionately as ''Gee Gee,'' passed away peacefully at her home in Livingston, Texas, on March 9, 2026, at the age of 82.

Carol was born on December 1, 1943, in Houston, Texas, to Alton Marsh and Billie Reaves Marsh. Throughout her life, she was a beacon of kindness, compassion, and unwavering love to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Family was the center of Carol's world. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Leslie Beane; her daughter, Dolores Wallace; her grandchildren, Tori Beane and partner Aaron Davis, Keith Beane, Lauren Wallace, and Ruby Wallace; and her beloved great-grandchildren, T.J. Fletcher, Kenzie Taylor, Juss Taylor, Aiden Davis, Bella Beane, Xander Beane, Mason Busby, and River Busby.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alton Marsh and Billie Reaves Marsh; her grandson, Timothy John Beane; and her granddaughter, Michaela Carol Wallace.

Carol dedicated many years of her life working at Camp Cho-Yeh before later becoming self-employed in resale. In both her professional and personal life, she had a remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Her caring heart and genuine spirit made a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Outside of work, Carol enjoyed spending time on Facebook connecting with friends and family and relaxing with her favorite coloring apps. She also loved participating in activities with fellow seniors and attending luncheons that brought her joy and companionship.

Carol's personality was the embodiment of warmth and selflessness. She had a generous spirit and a gift for making everyone feel welcomed and loved, often treating friends as if they were family. Her heart was always open, offering comfort, encouragement, and wise counsel to those in need. To many, Carol was a guiding light who lifted spirits and nurtured hearts with her unconditional love.

Carol leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. She touched countless lives with her compassion and warmth, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she gave so freely will continue to guide and inspire her family and friends for generations to come.

We will be celebrating the beautiful life of Carol Ann Beane (Gee Gee) on Saturday the 28th at 11:00 AM at Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. We will begin with a Celebration of her Life, followed by a Native American ceremony led by Will Harjo, a very dear and trusted friend, as we carry out her wishes in every detail of this day.
