Wendy was preceded in death by her parents, Karen Fulford and Jim Fulford. She is survived by her siblings: Cathy Schreiber and her husband Ronnie, JoLynn Cooley and her husband Dan, Joe Overbaugh, and Heidi Urich and her husband Roy. She is also survived by the love of her life, Connie Fulford, to whom she was with for 20 years. Wendy is further survived by several nieces and nephews.
Wendy was a true original-vibrant, generous, and unforgettable. A proud business owner, she founded and ran Instatech, a staffing agency, for more than two decades, building not just a successful company but lasting relationships with those she worked alongside. She also served briefly in the United States Army, a chapter of her life she carried with quiet pride.
Anyone who knew Wendy knew two things for certain: she was never on time, and she never went anywhere without an ice chest (because you never know when the moment might call for an ice-cold beer). She loved to dance, to laugh, and to live fully. Her laugh was contagious, filling rooms and drawing people in without effort.
Most of all, Wendy had an enormous heart. She was always willing to help anyone-family, friends, or complete strangers, always without hesitation. She was loved by all who knew her, and her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled.
Wendy was a bright star, and though she is no longer with us, she will live on in the stories, laughter, and love shared by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. She will be missed dearly.

Livingston, TX Tuesday, January 20, 2026 I sat in a jail cell AGAIN. They were not going to let me out because of my past. I was brought in from of the information officer and informed my bond was 1500.00 dollars. I frantically called my family and asked them to bond me out of jail. I was released in the middle of the night. My sister told me to call Wendy and thank her profusely for coming up with the money in the middle of the night. Wendy got to see me sober the last 20 years. Most of the time waving from the lake. Thank you Wendy...touch by an angle in the middle of the night.
