He was born July 11, 1940 in Galveston, Texas to the late Elmer Earl Kitchen and Eary Lee (Colburn) Kitchen. He is survived by three sons, Darren Earl Kitchen and wife Julie, Bryan Keith Kitchen and wife Stefanie and Kevin Lee Kitchen; one daughter, Tina Kitchen Webb and husband Brian. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren who lovingly referred to him as "Pa" and listed in the order that he was blessed with them; Kailee Kitchen, Kevin Kitchen II, Kacie Kitchen, Jennie Kitchen, Brent Webb, Lanie Kitchen and Harlee Kitchen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by the love of his life and wife of 53 years, Mary Etta (Owens) Kitchen; as well as his loving parents and grandparents.
Earl proudly served his country from 1957-1960 in the US Army and will be buried with full military honors.
Funeral services will be held at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. The service will be at 2pm on Monday, May 3, 2021. He will be laid to rest following the service at Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, TX.
