He is survived by his wife of Sybil of 65 years; daughter, Donna Bailey & husband Glenn; brother, Carrol Baker & wife Grace; four grandchildren; three grandchildren; Numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
William is preceded in death by his parents, Zenas & Anna May Baker; daughter, Terri O'Meara; brother Marion Baker.
William was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Livingston and served in the National Guard, he enjoyed family get togethers and playing cards and dominoes on the weekends with his family.
There will be a private Celebration of William's Life.
