He is survived by his sister Angelia Hearne; nieces, Avery Hearne, Brittany McNeil, Tiffany McNeil, Chelsea Lachance; nephew, Brock Hearne; aunts, Jeanette Dickison, Joana Whitley, Shirley Treadway, cousins, Wanda Barlow, Jana Hecker, Candi Brown, Michael Parker, Sharon McDaniel, Alan Whitley, Gina Childress, Sharee Brabits; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Doyle & Nelda Ruth West; sister, Tamara Lynn West.
He loved his family, friends and his dogs.
