She is survived by her children Dale Willis & wife Thelma, Linda Holt & husband Robert, Rickie Saintes & wife Elgie, Bern Jay Saintes & wife Carolynn; grandchildren, Roxanne, Kristal, Katrina, Jeremy, Magen, Bryan, Kevin, Leah and Kelli; fourteen great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Velma is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Saintes; parents, Huey and Amy Foreman; brother, Huey; sisters, Mattie and Lottie.
Her faith was with the North Side Church of Christ.

Livingston, TX Tuesday, January 21, 2020 It has been our pleasure to know Velma and our lives are so much richer since we have known such a wonderful, caring Christian lady. She was always happy and smiling no matter the circumstances in her life. We will miss her at Northside church of Christ, but we rejoice that she has fought the good fight and arrived at her heavenly home. God bless you.
