She is survived by her husband, Robert Neels; sons, Curtis Wiggins and Sidney Wiggins; granddaughter, Heather Wiggins; grandsons, Joshua Wiggins & Brandon Wiggins; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Daphine Arnold.

Point Blank, TX Monday, December 2, 2019 I am sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. Pat was a great friend to me and we had some really fun times together. We laughed and told some great stories. I will miss her dearly! I am thankful that she's no longer in pain and suffering! She's now our special Angel watching over us everyday! My thoughts and Prayers are with you and the family as you go through this difficult time.
