She is survived by her husband, Irby Bolton; father, Roy Smith; sons, David Smith & wife Amber, Dale Bolton; brothers, Roy Smith & wife Angel, Leonard Smith & wife Tammy; sister, Betty Black & husband Kevin; grandchildren, Felicity Smith and Kassidy Smith; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Carmen is preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Smith.
A Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM 12:00 PM, Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Pace Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Carmen's Life to follow at 12:00 PM also at Pace Funeral Home.
