He is survived by his children, Joseph Charles Jacobs and Jennifer Nicole Jacobs; brothers, Charles Jacobs & wife Tammy, Mark Jacobs; sisters, Mary Stickney, Shirley Miller & husband Jesse, Connie Gylley - Flowers; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Joe is preceded in death by his wife Karen Jacobs; parents, Charles and Madeline Jacobs; brother, Larry Jacobs, brother-in-law Dennis Stickney.
