He is survived by his wife Beverly Foote of 41 years; sons, Marshall Foote & husband Ursual, Chris Kelley & wife Kasey; grandson, William Robert Foote; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Marshall is preceded in death by his parents, Frederick & Margaret Foote; son, Robert Foote.
He was a Veteran having served in the United States Army.
Marshall was a member of the American Legion Post 312 in Livingston, and he was a faithful Baptist.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:30 PM, Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038) with Military Honors.

Richardson, TX Monday, December 7, 2020 Marshall, Dear Cousin,I have often wondered where you landed in life and who you married, or if you had kids. I lost contact with you when I was a child. Thank you for providing your room to me when you were gone from your parent's home. My mother needed a place to care for me when she was in the hospital. Your parents were so kind to help out my mother in this way. May you rest in peace. I'll meet you on the other side. My condolences to your wife and children.
