Barbara L. Friedrich was born on May 3, 1944, in Houston, Texas to Malachi Johnny and Vera Olive Real. She passed from this life on July 26, 2026, in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 82.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hogue, Francess Manning & husband Jesse; grandchildren, Misty Hogue, Stephen Hogue, Jesse Manning Jr., Jenean Green, Jessica Nunley and Jill Hodges; great grandchildren, Olivia Louviere, Nathaniel Louviere, Shawn Hogue and Leah Hogue; fourteen great- great grandchildren, as well as many other loved ones and a host of friends.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and four sisters.

She is going to be laid to rest privately at Brookside Cemetery, in Houston, Texas.
