Carlie Jacob Smith

Carlie Jacob Smith, born February 25, 1928 in Livingston, Texas, took his first breath in Heaven on November 2, 2020 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 92 years.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Etheldred "Sissy" Smith; son, Howard J. Smith; daughter, Deborah F Wright & husband John; twin brother, John Charlie Smith; grandchildren, Thomas Smith, John Michael Smith, Emily Bratton, Terry White; ten great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Carlie is preceded in death by his parents, Laud & Minnie Ann Smith; six brothers; five sisters.
He was a Deacon at Damascus Missionary Baptist Church.
