JW Howard, born March 29, 1935 in Starks, LA passed away on August 16, 2019 in Livingston, Texas at the age of 84 years.

He is survived by his sons, Ralph Howard & wife Renee, Leonard Howard & wife Leonna; daughters, Charline Chism & husband Woody, Loriece Howard; brothers, George Howard, Vernon Howard & wife Ricki, Andrew Howard & wife Janie; sisters, Susie Mae and Florence grandchildren, Lona Kay, Bud, JC, Keith, April, Zane, Kathleen, Channing, Shelby, Ryan, Tabitha and Sabrina; numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends.
JW is preceded in death by his wife Carmen Eloise; parents, Riley & Emma Howard; brother, Riley Howard Jr.; sister, Ruby Jane Butts; grandson, Jacob Howard.

He had a passion for Fords and mechanic work. JW liked visiting with his friends and relatives and he loved his dog Rooster.
